Selling your property
There are three ways to find a buyer for your property:
Use a realtor. I would be happy to talk to you about that—no obligation.
Find a buyer yourself. Yes, it is perfectly okay to try to sell your property yourself.
Conduct an auction. Also perfectly okay, but it's outside my area of expertise.
Using a Realtor
Most properties are sold through the services of a realtor. If you have not yet contracted with one, I would be pleased to meet with you. Finding a buyer yourself
If you're thinking of selling the property yourself, I'd also like to help. Now, why would I do that?
Simple, if you change your mind or you don't get the results you want, you may decide to use a realtor. You'll remember the realtor who honestly tried to help you, and hopefully I'll get a call or email from you.

It will be based on my research of FSBO (For Sale By Owner) books and literature, plus ... my personal experience selling my own home before I became a realtor.
