There are three ways to find a buyer for your property:
  1. Use a realtor. I would be happy to talk to you about that—no obligation.
  2. Find a buyer yourself. Yes, it is perfectly okay to try to sell your property yourself.
  3. Conduct an auction. Also perfectly okay, but it's outside my area of expertise.
Using a Realtor

Most properties are sold through the services of a realtor. If you have not yet contracted with one, I would be pleased to meet with you. I promise a pleasant conversation and an honest, straightforward explanation of the choices you have. Call me or send an email. I'll get back to you within 24 hours to arrange a convenient time.

Finding a buyer yourself

If you're thinking of selling the property yourself, I'd also like to help. Now, why would I do that?

Simple, if you change your mind or you don't get the results you want, you may decide to use a realtor. You'll remember the realtor who honestly tried to help you, and hopefully I'll get a call or email from you.

I will have my Ultimate Guide to Selling Your Own Home ready in a few weeks.  It will be based on my research of FSBO (For Sale By Owner) books and literature, plus ... my personal experience selling my own home before I became a realtor. It's definitely not for everyone, but you can give it a shot. The Guide also contains a bibliography of FSBO books, in case you want to do more research.
